£23,400 per annum

Monday to Friday

Shift pattern: 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00 / 10:00 - 18:00 on a rota basis

Due to expansion, we are looking for multiple Onboarding Administrators to join our team in our brand new office. Our team is delivering a quality customer experience and works collaboratively to achieve outstanding results.

Every day you will…

  • Onboard candidates, ensuring a smooth and speedy process
  • Be an expert in the onboarding journey, ensuring candidates are happy with their experience at Bank Partners
  • Be responsible for ensuring candidates have completed all required processes, including payroll and system set up and provided with all mandatory items for their first Bank Partners placement.
  • Take charge of candidate induction and delivering guidance

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Positive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
    • IT proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
