Your new role
Reporting into the office manager, you will be responsible for; sorting large volumes of inbound and outbound post, delivering inbound post to appropriate colleagues, general administration support to all areas of the business, covering reception as and when needed, providing high calibre client hospitality for any walk in or scheduled appointments, diary/calendar management and taking inbound calls when requested.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have previous administration or customer service based experience in a client facing environment. In addition to this you must be able to pick up new systems and processes quickly to ensure timely completion of tasks, and finally, a strong work ethic to ensure all tasks are completed.
What you'll get in return
A salary of £16,000 - £18,000 p/a dependant on experience. A dynamic, proactive and positive working environment and the chance for you to sharpen your administrative skill set. You will be required to work 08:45 - 17:15 (no weekends) and have access to great company benefits.
