Our contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service acts as an extension of our clients' recruitment team and provides professional interim and temporary resources.

Our client is the largest building society in the world with over 15 million members and one of the largest savings and mortgage providers in the UK. On behalf of our client, we are looking to appoint a number of office administrators for initial 6 month contracts, with strong possibility of extension.

This role will involve working within the recoveries department and day to day activities will include:

*Tracing various payments (online banking payments)

*Basic mailbox work

*Phoning customers to gather information

*Dealing with customer complaints

*Data input in a fast paced environment

*High volume word processing working with tight deadlines

In order to be successful for this role, you must possess the below criteria:

*Experience of working in an office environment

*Experienced in word, outlook and excel

*Good IT skills

*Willing to learn new tasks

*Ability to work in fast paced environment

*Available with short notice periods for immediate start.
