The role is to provide administrative support for our busy office, this will include; filing, data entry, typing letters, maintaining office equipment, answering the phone and sending/receiving post. The company is the largest independent construction materials group in the UK. They operate the country's largest cement plant, two cement import terminals, around 60 quarries, 26 asphalt plants, 200 ready-mixed concrete & mortar plants and three concrete block plants, employing around 2,300 people nationwide.

You will be a people's person as your role involves working with people from all levels to help them with their daily jobs. You must be methodical, organised, good at prioritising and have excellent computer skills.

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential as training will be given for the right candidate.
