     Confident in liaising with senior personnel in a company 

      Answering Phones

      Greeting clients 

      Making teas and coffees

      Office Administrative duties – post / banking / cheques as required

You should be fully computer literate , have proven office experience  and enjoy a role that offers variety.

Be a confident communicator and enjoy meeting and dealing with different types of people

You will have a flexible approach to work and be able to multi task. The role will vary from the complex checking and drafting of documents  to making teas and coffees and greeting clients  

You will be working with a small, well established team
