Reed Education are working with a small School that offers academic qualifications to students who may find learning difficult within a mainstream School. They deliver a learning experience for students that is truly unique and tailored to the needs of the individual Child. The staff in School are open and caring with a passion and desire to ensure that students achieve excellent outcomes at the end of their time within School.
Excellent attendance at the School has always been a key to successful examination results within this School, they pride themselves on having outstanding attendance.
This role is a full time position for 5 days a week from September, you will be required to work on a Monday to Friday with full responsibility of planning and delivering to small classes.
You will need to have experience working as a Nurture Teacher or at least had experience in the subject and would be confident in Teaching and Support this. You will need to have has some Teaching experience, ideally KS3/KS4 but the School will consider applicants that have the KS2 experience as well.
You may not need to have experience working within an SEN environment or with pupils who suffer from mental health issues, as long as you are willing to commit to supporting these pupils then the experience is not essential but desirable.
