We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a leading supplier of herbal products and wellness solutions, based in central London, who are looking for a Swedish or Norwegian -speaking Customer Services Executive to work on full-time basis with their beautiful office.

Your duties will include answering customer queries in relation to orders by phone, email or live chat; general admin; deliveries and returns; liaising with couriers, amongst other things.

Fluent Swedish or Norwegian to a native/bilingual level is essential for this role and some experience in a similar role is desirable, along with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
