About The Home
This role is based at a home providing a range of services for adults with learning and physical disabilities.
The home is a three-storey house in a quiet area of Weymouth, Dorset.

Disability affects everyone differently. This well established provider needs you to provide tailored day-to-day support to ensure the needs of the people who use services are met in positive and creative ways. You will provide assistance with care, personal support, daily living tasks or activities to customers in order to support them attain their full potential, maximise options available and encourage choice, participation and motivation.

·To be flexible as the team work shifts and weekend working is often required.

You don’t need any specific qualifications or experience although experience of providing personal care is advantageous. You will however, need plenty of enthusiasm and passion for this work.
