Title: Night Shift Manager

Site: Ruskington

Shift/Working hours: Monday to Friday 22:00 – 06:00

Reporting to the site General Manager the successful candidate will have total accountability for delivering against the shift KPI’s, which include Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Delivery.

The role is about more than just numbers, you will be leading a team and candidates will be required to demonstrate their leadership capability and ability to coach others to ensure success through your team. We are looking for someone with a passion for continuous improvement and questioning the status quo.

Duties will include; managing the full shift to deliver our customer requirements, support and develop the shift team direct reports, develop and implement clear training plans using succession planning, pro actively manage performance, manage change, identifying, analysising and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years management / supervisory experience preferably within food manufacturing and able to demonstrate continuous improvement using standadised tools and techniques. HNC or equivalent in manufacturing/operations (Desirable).
