Night Import Supervisor - 4on 4off!

I am recruiting for an Import Supervisor to join a niche freight forwarding company based locally to Heathrow.

Daily duties will include:

• Prepare and review import documentation including AWB, invoices , import permits and other related documentation
• Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes
• Coordinate with customs authorities to ensure timely clearance of goods
• Stay updated with import regulations, tariffs and trade agreements to ensure compliance with local and international laws
• Liaise with stakeholders and relevant departments
• Calculate and track import duties, taxes and fees payable on imported goods
• Monitoring and tracking shipments and providing updates to clients

Experience needed:

• Previous experience in an airfreight import role
• Knowledge of temperature controlled procedures and regulations is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 4on 4off NIGHTS, 6pm - 6am
