All Newly Qualified Teacher roles are offered on a permanent basis on the Main Pay Scale. For those Newly Qualified Teacher who really shine, there is the capacity for your starting salary to be increased to MPS3. All roles considered will be putting you through your full induction year and beyond with full CPD support and mentoring
All schools available are "Newly Qualified Teacher friendly" and have been assessed by our consultants for their readiness to support NQTs. The Schools have been visited by our consultants and CPD discussed so that they can provide a real insight into the school and its ethos before you consider applying. The schools range from Grammar Schools to large non-selective Academies and span the age ranges from infant Schools to Colleges.
