A great opportunity has become available for a Tech / Network Engineering professional who is passionate about teaching and coaching the next generation of IT professionals. This opportunity has become available due to company expansion.

For the right candidate, my client is willing to invest and pay for the coaching/ assessors qualification.

Job Purpose

-Working in the Worcester and Birmingham office to Coach and train learners undertaking their apprenticeships from levels 2-4 which is assessed by the British Computer Society or City and Guilds

-Design, plan, prepare and deliver training courses and coaching that follow the Tech and Digital standards for apprenticeship programmes

-Setting reasonable targets and goals and objectives that need to be met by the learner

-Keeping up to date with legislation and ensuring quality is maintained throughout

-Delivering defined and tailored training for learners at all levels and skills (mostly employed adults)

-Online coaching and training

-Liaise with technical skills Tutors to ensure all Apprentices have the required skills and knowledge to achieve the technical components of frameworks


Essential Skills

-Must be educated to a degree level 

-Technical / Occupation related experience (Software Development is preferable)

-Organisational skills: ability to plan, being able to meet deadlines, attention to detail for documentation requirements

-Good written and spoken communication / presentation skills.

-Ability to work as part of a team

Salary £30-35k depending on experience + mileage allowance.
