Multi Skilled Operative

• Job Type: Full-time, Temporary with possibility of permanent

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We are seeking a proactive and physically active Deliveries Operative to join the office function of a well-known fashion and home retailer. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual who enjoys being part of a team and can handle the physical demands of the role with a positive attitude.

• Communicate effectively with staff at all levels and external bodies.
• Move heavy items safely, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure couriers sign in upon arrival.
• Scan and log parcels, entering details onto appropriate sheets.
• Sort parcels into designated areas at the Head Office site.
• Deliver items to relevant areas within Head Office, obtaining signatures for each.
• Assist in other areas of the office function as required.

• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy items.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team.
• Attention to detail for accurate logging and tracking of deliveries.
• Familiarity with health and safety practices for manual handling.
• Team player with a hands-on approach to tasks.

• Temporary ongoing contract with the potential for permanent employment.
• Onsite car park for ease of access.
• 3 onsite canteens offering a variety of meal options.
