6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday - Friday)
£34,000 - £34,500 + Company Pension + Overtime + Benefits
Owing to an increase in production volumes, a market leading food manufacturing company has an urgent requirement for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their established shift team.
Working from their prestigious manufacturing site based in Hyde, this opportunity offers the chance to be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance on their fast paced production equipment. With progressive training and development these roles allow promotion in the longer term, whilst being supported by a friendly and welcoming team of skilled engineers.
*Providing both reactive & planned preventative maintenance
*Working on a variety of process equipment / machinery within a modern food manufacturing unit
*Involvement in project work, including installation and commissioning of equipment
*PLC fault finding
*Fault finding both mechanically & electrically
*Supported by a team of skilled engineers
*Reporting into the Engineering Supervisor
Skills and Qualifications
*Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineering Experience
*Formal Mechanical / Electrical Qualifications
*Fault Finding Ability both Mechanically & Electrically
*Manufacturing industry experience - FMCG / Food / Automotive / Plastics / Packaging / Foundry
*Ability to work effectively within a team environment
