A fantastic opportunity exists for a Russian speaking Customer Care Coordinator to join our market Leading Dartford based client.
Reporting to the Customer care Manager your role will be to coordinate all customer related issues ensuring follow up of all enquiries, ensuring the best customer service experience is always given.
Duties will include
- The provision of quotations
- Taking and processing orders
- Progressing order and notification of status to customers
- Liaison with Freight Forwarders
- Handling queries
- Recording and progressing customer complaints
- Helping the customers with contracts.
- Proactively contact customers by phone and record notes in CRM.
- Identify new opportunities and create sample requests
- Promote products and services
- Gather market information.
- Hours: Mon to Fri 37.5 per week
You will be:
- Fluent in Russian and English (Polish speaking skills would be an added bonus)
- Have experience working within a similar Customer care telephone based role
- Have good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have a professional telephone manner
- Strong listening skills
- IT Literate - Experience in Microsoft Office
- Salary £24 to 27k plus bonus and excellent benefits package
