Motor Trade Account Handler

We're seeking an experienced Motor Trade Account Handler to join our client’s energetic team at a prestigious, award-winning insurance company based in Surrey.

As an account handler, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of renewal customers, ensuring their commercial motor, motor trade, and taxi insurance needs are met.
• Become a trusted advisor, fostering first-rate client relationships by addressing inquiries, preparing documentation, and collaborating seamlessly with internal teams.
• Thrive in a supportive and motivational office environment within our stunning, newly refurbished offices, conveniently located near the train station.

Do you possess the following?

• Over 6 months of insurance experience working in a customer-focused role
• Proven experience in insurance account handling, preferably with expertise in commercial, commercial motor, motor trade, or taxi insurance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• A strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to delivering exemplary customer service.
