We are pleased to be working with this whole of market mortgage brokerage, who are a major player in the Buy To Let mortgage arena, winning numerous national awards and operating a truly consultative sales experience for their customers. They now want ambitious banking/mortgage professionals to join them to be part of their success story, giving you the opportunity to make your mark within an exciting and expanding business.
In a market which is going through considerable change, our client has truly mastered the BTL niche and as a result, boasts an impressive client list of corporate and high net worth property investors.
With substantial growth plans, the business has a fantastic modern office in Southport, which holds the capacity to treble their headcount and as such, this is a very exciting time to join them! They also offer various company incentives, which includes team nights out, and a very fun and supportive environment from which to work in.
In line with its on-going growth plans, the company seeks to appoint several high calibre Mortgage Case Managers to support a team of Mortgage Brokers. They want to speak to people who genuinely care about their clients and the service they offer, who want to progress in their career!
Specific duties will include, but not be limited to, uploading information to lenders' portals, chasing outstanding information from clients, chasing solicitors and lenders, and keeping clients updated throughout the process.
It is essential that you have previous experience in a mortgage administration role and that you possess good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task within a busy environment. Whilst whole of market experience would be advantageous, our client will consider high calibre Case Managers and Administrators from restricted and tied environments such as banks or building societies.
You will be rewarded with a basic salary of £21-24k depending on experience, together with a range of company benefits. Please note that they may be able to go slightly higher for those with outstanding matching experience.
If you would like to discuss these roles in more detail, please contact Kieran Boyle at CKB Recruitment!
