Our Clients, a successful independent mortgage brokerage, are looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join their North Walsham Branch.

The company has been operating for 5 years and is a trusted Whole of Market brokerage, giving advice to clients across Norfolk and Suffolk. They have a great reputation and a lot of repeat business coming through their channells. This is a self-employed opportunity with a very generous commission split, and the opportunity to work very sociable hours.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a busy diary of clients to arrange meetings.
  • Welcoming potential clients into the office, and discussing their needs.
  • undertaking fact finds to register client's financial requirements and parameters.
  • giving whole of market advice on Mortgage and Protection products in line with company policy and FSA legislation.

Requirements:

  • Full CeMAP and CAS qualification.
  • Previous experience within an advice role.
  • Face-to-face and whole of market experience is preferred but not essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Salary/Package: £45,000 - £75,000 OTE
