An exciting role for an experienced Systems Modelling Engineer and People Manager to lead an RF Seeker Modelling and Performance team has opened up – if you have a passion for the industry and technology then this will be the role for you! Salary: Circa £50,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3-4 days per week onsite due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Systems Modelling Engineer and People Manager to lead an RF Seeker Modelling and Performance team. As part of a wider systems team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of system capabilities. Using model based systems engineering processes, and auto-coding to rapidly iterate the design and achieve the required performance of the Seeker.

Ideally you would have a degree level qualification or equivalent experience, and the ability to achieve the appropriate level of security clearance (SC).
