Position: Multi Skilled Mobile Building Services Engineer

Location: London and within the M25

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £48,000

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Service Engineer for a mobile position covering London and within the M25

This position will be working within a team of experienced engineers that deal with planned and reactive maintenance for commercial sites across London and Greater London

This engineer with be dealing with plant room maintenance, Ahu's and Fan coils, emergency lighting, legionella, hot and cold water testing, alarm and sprinkler compliance etc.

The right person for this position will already a strong background commercial building services maintenance. They will be holding a full UK driving licence and a minimum of a level 2 mechanical/ electrical or building services qualification.

Requirements

• Strong background in building services maintenance
• Level 2 building services qualification
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Happy to commute in to London
• Able to multi skill
• Good health and safety knowledge
