We are currently supporting a Charity in London who are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer for 9 months. The purpose of this role is to develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support their mission and operations. By creating efficient and effective CRM solutions, the Microsoft Dynamics Developer will enable our team to better manage donor relationships, streamline processes, and improve overall organisational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customise and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Develop and support Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Assist Supporter Data Manager and Specialist with system administration tasks.
  • Support Supporter Data Manager and Specialist with system administration tasks.
  • Monitor, Support and Resolve CRM related issues logged with the Helpdesk.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP capabilities.
  • Proficiency in .NET Framework, Web API, and SQL Server (SSRS, FetchXML).
  • Hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and data integration/migration projects.
  • Experience with Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
