Merchandising Manager - Major Fashion & Homewares Retailer
A Merchandising Manager job in the Yorkshire area offering up to £48k where your key responsibilities will be to manage the current Merchandising team to meet current and future sales, margin and stock targets, within the merchandising budget.
Your new company
My client is a Multi-channel and reputable retailer in Yorkshire who are looking for a Merchandising Manager to join their strong team of merchandisers and drive the company through success. They have many years of experience within the business and are looking for a Merchandising Manager to deliver product review and range finalisation in line with the critical path.
Your new role
The company requires someone who will use their Merchandising skills to prepare and collate regular feedback to the Buying team regarding current performance and emerging trends in order to maximise sales in trade meetings. You will also be managing the delivery and shipment deadlines, identifying risk to ensure accurate intake of stock according to plan levels, provide weekly updates on map/intake issues.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years merchandising or analytical experience. Team Management experience is essential and therefore, you must be a good communicator and motivator. You will have a knowledge of worldwide supply chain operations and commitment management skills preferred.
