Membership Manager

Our client is as creative to their approach to customer service as they are to their business and they are looking for a creative out of the box thinker for a role as Membership Manager.

You will be joining a team based in the seaside town of Margate assisting with the growth of their organisation through a positive membership programme to help widen their audience base.

Responsibilities:

*Develop and implement a membership programme to assist with long-term growth

*Develop members benefit programme

*Meeting KPI’s

*Activity and events programmes for members

*Implement strategies for front line staff to increase sales opportunities

*Assist with training staff on membership products

*Create marketing campaigns to new and existing members

*Ensure members are kept up to date with events and new through regular bulletins

*Manage membership budget

*Ensure the membership process complies with Data Protection Act, PCI regulations and other relevant legal policy Frameworks
