A national medical membership organisation is in the process of transforming its website and CRM system and is looking for an experienced Membership Coordinator with expertise in the fields of CRM/Digital to help coordinate this exciting new digital venture.
You will take responsibility for the successful implementation/configuration and delivery of the membership function of the new CRM and website content management system and will work closely with various areas of the organisation to understand requirements and liaise with key stakeholders/developers to deliver digital goals.
Duties include: supporting the configuration of membership processes and carry out user acceptance testing (UAT) of the new membership database/CRM solution, analysing, process mapping and quality assuring current/proposed future internal membership processes and external online/offline member journeys, assisting with configuring member facing online self-service functionality and producing reports and documenting and delivering training.
If you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working with and implementing/configuring CRM technologies within a member focused environment, experience of membership processes, experience of process mapping and documenting processes and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Configuration skills and the ability to configure a new Content Management System (CMS) we want to hear from you!
