Salary Between £15,500 and £16,000

The Role

Our client, a well-established leisure management company, is looking for a Membership Administrator, to assist in the day to day tasks of the organisation.

You will be part of a supportive team, with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your skills.

In this role, you will be involved in the following:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls;

  • Maintaining systems and paperwork;

  • Setting up new memberships;

  • Making changes to membership details;

  • Data-entry;

  • Responding to customer enquiries;

  • Filing, photocopying and scanning;

The Candidate

You will need to have experience within an office environment, as well as:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Be very well organised and have a great attention to detail.

  • Have excellent customer service skills.

  • Be a self-starter, show initiative and can work as part of a team.

The Package

  • Salary: £15,500 per annum (becomes £16,000 after 6 months' probation)

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (30mins lunchbreak)
