Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and EMEA distribution team members, to lead the creation and delivery of demand creation initiatives to drive absolute growth in the funnel and the achievement of the business plan target
  • Develop a series of Marketing interventions in partnership with the sales team to directly increase our engagement and share of business with net new customers
  • Create a series of compelling campaign materials to support the core FI & retail business
  • Put in place a comprehensive programme to drive brand recognition and awareness of our credentials in the Retail Industry
  • Provide to the Director, Marketing & Business Development (EMEA) a regular set of KPIs that will report and demonstrate the ROI of the Marketing spend in EMEA distribution
  • Identify and own the delivery of key external events,
  • Provide regular funnel reporting and insight to guide spend
  • Coordinate development of the consolidated regional marketing plan to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Ensure consistency of approach, branding, messaging and ensure a sharing of best practice throughout all EU countries
  • Provide Marketing support to the RSM country organisation and deliver thought leadership interactions with customers to drive business growth
  • Develop key strategic presentations and other materials as needed for the market in support of the sales team as well as actively support tender activities
  • Drive CBC awareness and visits
  • Develop and execute an internal communication strategy
  • Establish and execute a plan in partnership with Corporate Marketing to drive a measurable growth impact for the Glory brand in the EMEA distribution
  • Develop a cohesive social media engagement plan for partners and drive an absolute growth in the number of engagements with customers
  • You will be expected to bring innovation and new ideas to winning new business and developing client relationships
  • You will be continually developing best practice and ensure it is shared across the EU organisation

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptionally strong communication skills
  • Well developed influencing and presentation skills and be confident, resilient and focused
  • Be able to demonstrate a track record of being pro-active and delivering high quality work
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Strong writing skills, editing and proofing ability, and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, a self-starter, committed to high performance, and have a track record of furthering your personal development and career progression
  • Ability to think strategically and the energy and determination to realise these strategies at a tactical level, understand what will work in reality
  • Travel will be as needed across EMEA
