We’re looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Marketing Executive who will be responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of a multi-channel CRM communications programme, as well as reporting against its performance and recommending improvements. What you will be doing
Our ambition is to have a best in class CRM programme that delivers personalised and engaging content to customers from the start of their holiday research to when they have returned from their holiday. You will be expected to support this objective, assisting commercial and technical teams across the TUI Group.
Day to day you will be working with agencies and in house teams to develop the CRM programme (both weekly newsletters and the automated follow up programme), across email and other direct marketing channels. This will involve coming up with innovative ideas, writing creative and data briefs, sourcing content, liaising with internal teams, managing the sign off process and test & learn strategy. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, keeping an on-going record of all activity/results and suggesting recommendations for future campaigns. The CRM Executive will also be supporting the CRM Specialist on various ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience of being in a marketing function and forming strong working relationships with various teams including; Design, Editorial, Trade, Merchandising and Insights. You’ll be passionate about customer experience and helping to translate market research and analytics into measurable success. An active interest in the travel industry, in addition to awareness of competitors and data protection regulations would be beneficial.
What we are looking for
- Experience of working in a similar CRM or marketing role.
- Experience in Email Marketing and in editing Email HTML to make small changes to templates/content when necessary.
- Knowledge of eCRM technology and best practice
- Experience of marketing that uses customer data and/or behaviour to personalise content and offers
- Awareness of data protection and travel regulations
- Used to working on and managing projects with agencies and multiple in house teams
- Flexible approach to working within a fast changing environment
- Confident presentation and communication skills
- High attention to detail and analytically minded, with ability to work autonomously
- Proven ability to brief, manage and implement medium scale marketing projects.
