My clients a well established freight forwarding company based within the Heathrow area are seeking a operations import export clerk to join their team, this is a excellent opportunity to join a growing team dealing with general freight, dealing with the process from start to finish.

Duties would include:

  • Handling freight shipments for imports and exports
  • Customs entries
  • Cutting AWB's and MAWB's
  • Arranging collections
  • Post flights
  • Pre-alerts
  • Quotations
  • Negotiations
  • Liaising with warehouse with deliveries for shipments processing

Skills needed:

  • Fluent in Mandarin hongkongese due to the nature of the business
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • PC literate
  • Steady work history

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday 0900anm - 1730pm weekends on a rota
