Mandarin Membership Services Advisor
Lloyd Recruitment Services - the East Grinstead Branch currently have vacancies for Mandarin speakers with Customer Service experience to join a well-established and reputable company based in Haywards heath.
They are seeking individuals to join their membership services team who will be dealing with Airport Lounge Access programmes. The role will involve taking inbound and outbound calls to customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls and dealing with any objections
- Adhering to set targets
- Converting calls into sales
- Internal and external email correspondence
Skills and Experience:
- Experience within a Customer Service environment
- Experience with working to targets
- Familiarity with call centre culture/environment would be an advantage
- Exposure to travel, either work related or extensive personal travel would be an advantage
Personal Specification:
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Ability and willingness to work weekends and shifts
- Ability to multi task
- Collaborative approach to work
- Problem solver
The call centre operates 7 days per week. Shifts will be over 5 days. but there is some flexibility on shifts depending on applicant's requirements.
40 hour working week.
Salary £21K - £22K DOE
