You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs across multiple properties in Manchester carrying out a wide range of roofing and flat roofing repairs, not limited to relaying slate, a wide range of tiles, lead flashing and general repairs.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a roofer with the relevant qualifications. Experience with fibre-glass coating repairs and lead flashing is desirable.

The Role:

* Maintenance Technician - Roofer
* Customer focused
*Carrying out a range of small and large repairs
*Carrying out a wide range of roofing and flat roofing repairs
-Relaying slate and lead flashing

The Candidate:
* City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ Level 2 or formal apprenticeship or equivalent experience and experience of working as a roofer.
* UK Driving License
