My client is an M&E Contractor offering full Mechanical & Electrical Services, Design & Build across a variety of projects from initial conception through to Construction stage. They are looking for an M&E Supervisor to join their team on a temp to permanent basis.
*Supervise the M&E team and specialist contractors, to ensure all work is carried out to contract specification and client satisfaction
*Ensure that all jobs are completed in line with SLA's and KPI's
*Assist with the planning and organising of work for both direct and contract labour to ensure cost and time targets are met; to allocate and control overtime; to organise out-of-hours emergency works
*Ordering materials and services, maintain records, control stock, provide engineers reports, etc.
*Assist with estimates, site measurements and cost control information
*Liaise with the client to resolve any issues
*All other duties as reasonably required.

You must have relevant and current mechanical or electrical qualifications such as 17th Edition, Corgi, ACOP's, ONC/HNC within relevant discipline, JIB registration, etc.

You will have supervisory experience and good people management skills with a proven track record working within the M&E environment for a contractor.

You must be client focused, able to take ownership of projects/issues and resolve and have a proactive, flexible, can-do approach
