Job Summary

Pertemps Managed solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Low Carbon Workspace fund provider based in Buckinghamshire. Since 2001, they have been supporting small and medium sized businesses with funding and support to reduce their waste, water and carbon emissions

The Role

As the Low carbon workspace Programme Manager, you will lead a well established team of project offices, ensuring all projects are kept up to date on target and in line with audit requirements. You will also provide regular reports to internal and external stakeholders to promote the value of the project currently being delivered by your team

Duties & Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the management and delivery of the European Regional Development Funds (ERDF) Low Carbon Workspaces contract

• Ensure that outputs and financial budgets are on target and provide regular reports to the Head of Skills and Business Support on all projects

• Line management, recruitment and mentor a team of 5 project officers

• Engage with external stakeholder to create awareness of the ERDF via network/social events and steering group meetings, become an advocate for Low Carbon Workspaces

• Work with internal teams to create case studies on projects completed to increase awareness and create further interest in the grant schemes

The Candidate

• Clear understanding of (ERDF) guidelines with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the Low Carbon agenda and the key organisations involved

• Excellent project management skills and experience managing a small team to deliver on defined project timelines

• Ability to read, create and present financial reports to leadership team

• Confident communicator both F2F and via the telephone

• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems
