Academics Doncaster is working with primary schools across Sheffield, seeking experienced and qualified Teaching Assistants to provide temporary support. This role involves covering staff absences, such as sickness or training days, and assisting in both one-on-one and classroom settings.
Role Overview:Supporting primary-aged students in both group and one-on-one settings
Assisting the class teacher to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
Encouraging student participation and helping them stay on track with their work
Contributing to classroom organisation, including setting up displays
Leading small intervention groups when required
Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
Adhering to school safeguarding and behavior policies
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
