About the Role: As a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of young learners. This position offers the chance to lead classes, cover for teachers when needed, and deliver targeted interventions to support individual student progress. We are seeking a dedicated and committed individual with a passion for early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead classes and support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-on-one and small group interventions to support student learning.
- Effectively manage behaviour in the classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
- Confidence in leading classes and covering for teachers.
- Strong behavior management skills.
- Dedication to supporting the academic and social development of young learners.
