Tradewind Recruitment is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a thriving Primary School in the Droylsden area.

About the Role

  • Full-time, long-term position
  • Competitive salary of £85 per day

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to classroom teachers in delivering the curriculum.
  • Work with small groups or individual students to enhance their learning experience.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive learning activities.
  • Assist with marking, assessment, and record keeping.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Promote the emotional and social well-being of students.

Person Specification

  • Passionate about education and child development.
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A positive and can-do attitude with a flexible approach.
  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
