The Company:

Our client is an independent agency based in the heart of Leicester, managing a diverse portfolio of private residential properties. They pride themselves on offering comprehensive and competitive lettings services.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, committed, and self-motivated Lettings Negotiator to their busy, professional office. As an integral part of the team, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Arrange property viewings and inspections, providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct viewings and property inspections within the City Centre.
  • Match suitable applicants to available properties.
  • Handle maintenance issues by coordinating with contractors, landlords, and tenants.
  • Manage Utility Bills for vacant properties.
  • Conduct thorough references for new applicants.
  • Prepare all legal documents between tenants and landlords.
  • Uphold company standards and deliver outstanding customer service.



Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in lettings.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Motivated and target-driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Good knowledge of the local area.



Working Hours:

20 hours per week, ideally Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (No Weekend Work) - Negotiable
