Legal Secretary job based in Salisbury, up to £22,000 per annum working for a leading law firm in the South. This is a permanent, full time position to join the fast paced team.
Your new role
The successful candidate will have previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within the Private Client division.
You will be required to undertake various office support tasks such as audio typing/dictation, copy typing, document amending/formatting, handling legal documents, scanning and photocopying.
The role is busy and demanding and requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to produce a high volume of work. Good interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a team and excellent delivery of client service is also essential to the role.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this Legal Secretary position, your previous experience working within a similar legal secretary position will get you off to a great start in this new role. For this position it is essential you have experience working specifically in a Legal Firm within a legal secretary position. You must have typing speeds of above 60wpm and have used audio dictation. You must be comfortable working to tight deadlines and working under pressure. Ideally you will have worked within the Private Client division.
