Title: Legal Secretary - Conveyancing Location: Canterbury Salary: DOE
I am recruiting for a well established, long standing successful solicitors firm in Canterbury. They are looking to recruit asap. For this role you would need:-
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing.
Excellent communication skills written and oral, with a professional telephone manner.
Accurate typing speed with high attention to detail.
Knowledge of Land Registry; Searches; Registrations and SDLT
Ability to work on own initiative and meeting reasonable deadlines
A team player
A good sense of humour
