Title: Legal Secretary - Conveyancing Location: Canterbury Salary: DOE

I am recruiting for a well established, long standing successful solicitors firm in Canterbury. They are looking to recruit asap. For this role you would need:-

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing.

  • Excellent communication skills written and oral, with a professional telephone manner.

  • Accurate typing speed with high attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of Land Registry; Searches; Registrations and SDLT

  • Ability to work on own initiative and meeting reasonable deadlines

  • A team player

  • A good sense of humour

In return they offer a friendly but professional working environment with a supportive team. Normal office hours Monday - Friday. They offer a generous holiday entitlement and are closed over the Christmas period. Their offices are situated in the heart of Canterbury with beautiful views and on-site parking.
