A national law firm are currently seeking an experienced legal receptionist to join their team in their Birmingham City Centre Office. This is a full time role and is a real step into the legal sector for the right person. The ideal candidate must be well presented, articulate and be able to handle high pressured environments.
This role will include high amounts of:
Meeting and greeting of clients and partners
Answering inbound and outbound calls via a manual switchboard
Archiving and scanning of confidential documents
Providing support and filling in for PAs when the workload is heavy or they are absent
Producing documents for key fee earners
General Ad Hoc administrative duties
The ideal person would be someone that is switched on and wanting to pursue a career in law. Previous employees in this role have then moved further in the company as there is a great deal of progression and opportunity within this role.
You need to be someone who is able to handle the pressure and manage their own workload. Ideally someone with a law degree is preferred though not essential.
