JOB TITLE: Legal Assistant
PQE REQUIRED: 2 years
SALARY: Dependent on Experience
A new, challenging role has become available with a busy legal team, providing wide ranging support to in-house Solicitors, conducting casework and attending case review hearings in relation to private law children cases. You will work closely with the well established legal team, supporting senior lawyers with complex cases whilst handling your own, less complex files. This is a 6 month contract with an immediate start, and a possible extension.
The appointed Legal Assistant will possess in excess of 2 years experience of working within a childcare team, ideally having responsibility for progressing your own caseload. You will have attended and participated in case reviews and hearings, ideally having provided advocacy at hearing. You will be available to commence a new assignment immediately and commit for a minimum of 6 months.
