CRA are currently recruiting for a legal administration assistant to join a reputable law firm in their Sheffield city centre office. The role is work alongside the Conveyancing department in order to facilitate the effective working of the busy team.
The Role includes:
-Carrying out ID checks and chasing missing documents in line with compliance guidelines
-Manage the file opening process including inputting data onto the system and ensuring all details are correct
-Assisting with general office and admin duties as required
-Contacting / updating clients via the telephone
-Will have administration experience (ideally within a professional setting)
-Ability to work to targets
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Polite and professional telephone manner
