Learning Support Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a secondary school in Blackpool, looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in a pastoral capacity. This role involves working with students outside of the classroom environment to help build their confidence, support their self-esteem, and empower them to progress academically.

About You - LSA - Blackpool, Lancashire

• Relevant qualifications or experience as a TA/LSA in a UK secondary or SEN school

• Pastoral experience is desirable

• Ability to support students outside of the classroom environment to help build confidence and self-esteem

• Available Monday to Friday

• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
