Tradewind is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join a welcoming Primary School in Oldham as a General Teaching Assistant.

Role Overview: As a General Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering targeted interventions across various year groups, providing essential support to both students and teachers. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the educational development of young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering tailored interventions to support students' academic progress.

Collaborating with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Utilising excellent behaviour management skills to ensure a conducive atmosphere for learning.

Working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to enhance their learning experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, especially with SEND children.

Strong behaviour management skills.

A genuine passion for supporting the educational development of children.

Availability to start ASAP and commit to a full-time, long-term position.
