A highly respected professional services consultancy, with interests in investments and trust management are seeking an individual to develop and lead a new venture they are establishing.
Working closely with business heads, subject matter experts and central functions the role will entail the creation, support and delivery of high quality training products to existing and new clients and lead the sustainable growth of training offerings across all the company’s businesses by driving awareness, interest and purchase of their training products and services. They are seeking someone who has experience of developing a range of training programmes, including e-learning suites, certifications and gamification tools, as well as the processes to drive this new initiative. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will build a team of trainers, administration and business developers as the venture gains traction and builds revenue.
The consultancy is seeking an individual with a Learning and Development background, who has already gained experience of developing and selling training services, experience of developing e-learning content and managing third party supplier relationships. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone keen to build a Learning and Development operation from the ground up, with the backing and resources of a larger organization.
