Job Summary:
As a Lead Java Software Engineer in our Glasgow Technology Hub, you will guide the development of high-quality software solutions that power our business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable applications and drive best practices. Your leadership will help foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence. You will play a key role in shaping our technology roadmap and mentoring engineers as well as leveraging AI and machine learning to drive innovation and deliver smarter solutions.
