Role: Lead Software Engineer / Team Lead

Location: London OR Kyiv (Ukraine) OR Lisbon (Portugal)

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 + equity + benefits

Our client is a platform that connects businesses with a network of expert advisors and consultants. The platform facilitates real-time insights and expert opinions through on-demand consultations, allowing companies to make informed decisions across various industries.

Your responsibilities as a tech lead will include managing 2 backend engineers, therefore previous experience with leading a small team is required.

They are a scale up who have just gone though a series of funding for $10M+, located in London, with offices in Ukraine, Portugal and Chicago.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Python software development
  • Experienced with SQL, AWS, Docker
  • Familiar with frontend technologies such as React / Javascript
  • 2+ years of experience in a team leadership role
  • Available to go into the office 1-2 a month
