Our Delivery team is looking for a Lead PMO to support delivery within the UK's largest provider of Defence, providing support services for UK Public Sector. As a Lead PMO, you will be supporting our user community on our primary technology platforms, and helping to drive the direction and capability of our PMO overall.

What you will be doing:

  • Optimisation/configuration/administration of PMO platforms, specifically JIRA/ Confluence and PowerBI
  • Extending functionality and integration, and providing expertise to other SSCL directorates
  • Effectively managing cross-functional teams, including subcontractor and third parties.
  • Contributing to future planning around PMO technology and platforms
  • Configuring and maintaining workflows, fields, permissions, screens, dashboards, notification and plug ins to support users.
  • Creating and maintaining custom dashboards and reports to track project progress and identify issues.
  • Training new users on PMO tools and platforms.
  • Creating training and support documentation.
  • Providing day-to-day support, administration, maintenance, monitoring and enhancement of PMO technologies and platforms

What you will bring:

  • Strong experience within JIRA/Confluence OR PowerBI
  • Able to communicate with technical and non-technical teams

It would be great if you had:

  • PRINCE2 or equivalent
