Location: Remote - 1 day a month in the office near Leeds.

What you'll do:

• Lead software projects from concept through to delivery, taking ownership of key initiatives.
• Design scalable, high-performance architectures that keep critical systems running smoothly.
• Mentor and support developers, helping the team grow technically and professionally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Build clean integration patterns connecting cloud services, APIs, and data workflows.

What we're looking for:

• Strong leadership skills - you enjoy guiding a team and fostering collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and serverless cloud-native solutions (AWS preferred).
• Solid understanding of back-end services, data flows, and system integration.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, complex data pipelines, or API design.
