Page Personnel are advertising for an exciting new role as an L&D Officer based in Wakefield who is needed immediately.

Client Details

We are looking for an L&D Officer who will be working for a Not-For-Profit Organisation in Wakefield. Fantastic and well established organisation with various avenues for support and career options.

Description

Duties will include but are not to post will be flexible innovative and responsive providing organisation wide and service specific training. To support the volunteer and apprentice development programme and deliver a range of corporate training which meets corporate requirements. To assure the quality of in-house training, including audit and evaluation ensuring that this is a robust system with any issues communicated and any remedial actions are delivered. Support for sourcing third party training providers required to deliver the training plan.

Profile

Successful candidate will have:

CIPD qualified - ESSENTIAL

Similar role as a HR Business Partner - ESSENTIAL

Strong written and verbal communication skills - ESSENTIAL

Organised and is highly competent at multi-tasking - ESSENTIAL

Experience of working in customer focused environments - ESSENTIAL

Ability to work to strict deadlines- ESSENTIAL

Ability to develop effective working relationships, and demonstrate professional credibility with colleagues at all levels - ESSENTIAL

Job Offer

L&D Officer based in Wakefield + Salary £32,000-£35,000+ 37.5 hours a week + fixed term contract + Competitive holiday package
