    The Global L&D Team is looking for a Senior Associate to join their team on a contract base, till 31th May. You can work 80% of the time remotely however as it’s a global team we need you to be flexible in time  

    You need to have strong project management skills, proven in an L&D context, and a demonstrated track record of effective stakeholder management. 

    Overall project coordination working work with the Global L&D team, primarily in support of instructional design, event management and e-learning development, in the context of delivering highly effective projects

     

    Key areas will include:

  • Coordinating events across multiple time zones; identifying in-person event venues and testing technology, visa requirements, etc.
  • Taking ownership of the logistics and operations of F2F events both in the lead-up and during the meeting.
  • Designing, developing and maintaining knowledge sharing sites, social learning/networking sites, communities of practice and enabling partner cohorts for COE programmes
  • Producing high quality, creative deliverables (using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Word documents, Google docs, PDFs) including sourcing of images and media clips
  • Ownership of various analytical and data management projects creating management reports and metrics for use by team and leadership.
  • Drafting project reports based on Programme Manager updates; setting up and managing project folders and files
  • Actively communicating progress with key stakeholders at a variety of levels across the network
  • Managing the logistics of filming, photo shoots and supporting on-site
  • Managing contributors to make sure that delivery dates are met
  • Developing and managing the quality assurance and testing processes
  • Managing the development of learning materials and learning support tools
  • Archiving project documentation and deliverables
  • Co-ordinating project budgets and tracking budget costs
  • Checking invoices and processing for payment
  • Working as part of a globally dispersed and specialised network

     

    Additional information

    Must be willing to travel, this is a global role that may require some travel across the network.

    Flexibility will be required as this role services the network, and frequent virtual meetings and calls are held in consideration of all the world’s time zones.

     

    Requirements
  • Project management skills, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Project coordination skills; Ability to coordinate on multiple projects and deal with conflicting deadlines
  • Experience in learning and development or knowledge of the design and implementation of digital learning programmes
  • Experience in working with local territory service centres (e.g., Meeting and Event Services, Document production, Experience Centres) is an asset
  • Good process skills – listening, probing and challenging where appropriate
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, effective and appropriate manner with all levels, and to flex this style, depending on the audience
  • Skilled in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and equivalent Google tools and other project management tools
  • Self- starter who enjoys using initiative and takes ownership
  • Good global acumen

     

    London city but 80% remote work

    Till May 31th, 2-3 months contract.
